Minis & Juniors /Seniors session - Mondays

Group sessions for Minis & Juniors 

Mini Athletes is open to children aged 4 to 7 years and Juniors is for children aged 8-11 years. The aim is to provide year round activities developing co-ordination, balance and fitness through  sprinting, throwing and jumping activities,  games and other related activities.

 Sessions, venues and times 

Sessions are now every week throughout the school year at Exeter Arena, plus we run holiday activities and other events and competitions throughout the year such as the Sportshall indoor athletics. We do not run weekly sessions through Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays or on bank holidays – please check the diary for details.
