High Jump technical session 5-6pm -1m-1.49 and 6-6.55 1.50-2m+we are running individual Technical sessions over the summer holidays. There could be a Sprints option at the same time, but Sonya‘s focus will be on the high jump at this session

Sessions are now every week throughout the school term tim at Exeter Arena, . We do not run weekly sessions on bank holidays – please check the diary for details. We also may not run some sessions in school holidays but Will will run some technical sessions which can vary week to week espacially if away at events so please check first- thank you
