About the event
Group sessions for Minis & Juniors 6-7pm
Advanced Juniors and Seniors sessions 7-8pm
Mini Athletes is open to children aged 4 to 7 years and Juniors is for children aged 8-11 years. The aim is to provide year round activities developing co-ordination, balance and fitness through sprinting, throwing and jumping activities, games and other related activities.
Sessions, venues and times
Sessions are now every week throughout the school term times at Exeter Arena, plus we run other events and competitions throughout the year such as the Sportshall indoor athletics. We do not run weekly sessions through Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays or on bank holidays – please check the diary for details.
Advanced Junior / Senior Sessions - these sessions focus on technical sprint sessions but we can also do any other technical track or field event but need notie for this and also there may be an additional charg…
