South West Athletics Academy host a range of events and competitions for clubs, schools, universities and colleges.

Online Entries will close at 7pm Wed 20th march 2024 at 7pm . Entries can be made on the day but we would prefer you to pre book and entry on the day will cost more and spaces will be limited in some events..
Juniors (under15 and below) can compete in up to 3 events and under17s-seniors – can compete in up to 4 events.
Entry information will be shared with the P10 website to enable results to be listed for ranking purposes.
If you would like to submit a group entry ( University, School or Club) you can do this please email a sheet with Athlete Name, DOB and event/s they are entering to info@sw-athletics-academy.co.uk and we will give you details to make a bank transfer for the payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to and including 20th March 2024 will receive a full refund less £1.50 charge.
Cancellations made up to 72 hours before will receive a 50% refund less £1.50 charge.
Cancellations made less then 48hours before the event will not receive a refund.
Entry fees are £10 for one event and £15 for 2 or more events

100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, Long jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Shot, Javelin
For track events for under 15s and older will be seeded (under 11s and under 13s separate).

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself/themselves familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.

2:10pm 800m U15 -Adult (seeded) 2.30pm – Long Jump – U15-seniors
2.25pm U11s 600m 2.30pm under 11 turbo jav.
2:30pm 200m Under 13s
2.35pm 200m U15s-senior – seeded – fastest first
3pm 400m – under 20s-seniors 3:00pm High Jump – under 15 – Seniors
3:20pm Mile – Under 15 – seniors – seeded
3:40pm 4x100m Relays – mix age

All Entrants must agree to compete under UKA rules and regulations and this is an EA permitted event – ref OUT 24/069.
